I bought this frame for my 88 year old father. I was worried it would be difficult to use, but I was wrong. I just downloaded old photos. The frame is very well packaged and comes with all the necessary accessories. The touchscreen guides you effortlessly through the entire setup. I had an old jump drive that I downloaded over 650 photos from to a micro SD card, then I was able to insert the micro SD card into the frame and download all the photos in 2 minutes or less! The only thing I could improve is a direct USB connection without having to boot from a microcard. But again, it was very easy to load onto a microcard. The frame is also equipped with a clock and temperature information function that you can download for multiple cities. I plan to program all the cities where his children and grandchildren live so that he can see what's happening with the weather at any time. I can't tell you how much I love this frame. I've seen a lot of frames but for them it was just regular black plastic frames. This is a plastic frame but it has a very nice wood finish. I can't wait for Christmas when I can give it to him. If I can wait that long!
