Review on CEP Ultralight Sleeves Black Light by Steve Beaumont

Shin Splint Savior Good for Actives

I have struggled with a Shin Splint for over three years now. I got to the point where I was struggling to run 3 miles a week and had shin splints so bad I could barely walk. I tried different shoes, special insoles, lots and lots of foam twists and stretches but nothing worked. I knew my calf pain was from tight calves, I just couldn't find a solution. After some research I found that compression sleeves are known to increase blood flow to the calf and ultimately loosen the calf muscle and (theoretically) minimize calf pain. Thinking I had nothing to lose found great reviews on these sleeves so I went ahead and bought them. And did you know that I now run over 20 miles a week with virtually no shin splints, it's amazing! Now that I've experienced what it's like to run with them, I can't run without them. However, I'm only giving them a 4/5 because I only bought them 3-4 months ago and the threads are starting to come out at the seams. I was expecting a little more durability from them, but that's my only complaint.

Cons
