These pleated air filters for Nordic Pure MERV 13 AC stove have made a positive contribution to improving living conditions in the home during this year's pollen season. Grass pollen in North Florida is terrible every spring. Day after day, week after week, the weather channel estimates a VERY HIGH risk of grass pollen. These filters actually worked better than the MERV 7 type filters I've used before. These filters are expensive. But if you're allergic to pollen and also unfortunate enough to live with seasonal pollen on or near the Death Star, then they're worth it and I've found them to be very effective. RECOMMENDED.
