Received this tea infuser today and automatically tried unscrewing the ball. I'm so stupid! You push the handle to open the ball. I thought the pressure part was supposed to strain out the tea water. To fill this is inconvenient, I put the bowl on the floor because it made a mess. After the tee hit the ball, it worked great! I hate to rate anything below 5 stars but other tea balls are easier to fill. Seems like it's going to be a long time and I've got two now if anyone wants another tea. Clean up, well trying to throw it in the trash was another mess so I just flushed it down the garbage chute. I look forward to using it every day and I'll get the hang of it quickly :)
