I ordered this amazing water bottle thinking it would be top notch for quality use! It was a very respectable bottle, and like any other, it was made in its own particular mold. When I then unscrewed the lid, which I barely managed, it was like nails on a blackboard because of the horrible squeak of the plastic lid rotating in the metal spout area?! Rough! After dealing with this nuisance, I find a metal pouring cup that has been covered in plastic for the image it shows, and an uninsulated metal water jug. Uninsulated?! This means that its outer part is sweating and getting warmer every minute. Who needs a water bottle with a cute picture that doesn't keep the water nice and cold for you and your hot beverages or contents hot/warm?! Did you think that was the purpose of such items, and not just to drink room temperature liquids from them or to transport those liquids in an orderly and chaotic way?! Do I have pitchers that do just that?! I sent this product back even though the good size and cute display, the sound of the lid and the fact that it's just a cute leak proof liquid container weren't enough for me!?!
