Pros and cons of this tool.

Copes with its task. The metal core of the cutter rotates 360 degrees. When deburring, you must press hard on the workpiece when deburring, otherwise it will rotate 180° in the opposite direction. It's good for deburring small holes, but if you're deburring direct-grind metal edges, the 360-degree swivel tool isn't good for the job. It rotates in the opposite direction when trying to deburr straight edges.
