Great for a beginner

This is a solid set of bands. They have multiple weights and are you standard bands. They are not as strong as I expected as they do roll up when you're using them. Despite this, they're great for quick use and nice to have during a call, or when you're multi-tasking. Love the colors too.

These bands are designed to be comfortable and won't cause any discomfort, even during extended use
