Crispy, delicious tofu and without kitchen paper!

Tofu press! Where have you been all my life (or at least while I was making tofu). After listening to one of my favorite healthy eating podcasts talk about how a tofu press is one of their best kitchen tools, I finally pulled the trigger and got it. It's quite large and definitely takes up more space than I expected, but it's really made a huge difference in my tofu prep, especially for stir-fries. eat lie. I brace the abs in the bowl and the abs go to town. Turning the screws every few minutes, I quickly slice my firm tofu and drop it into the hot oil where it gets quite crispy. It's day and night between the crumbly mush that used to be the result of my forays into frying tofu, and my SO definitely appreciates the difference in taste and texture from then and now.
