I don't know how many people have problems with this product. I squeezed quite a bit of tofu and used way too many paper towels each time. It's waste for our wallets and our landfills. EZ Tofu Press - removes water from tofu to improve flavor and texture. First of all, a word of caution. My tofu purchases and choices may not be the norm, and other tofu presses might be better able to help me by purchasing the tofu that comes in those softer, tofu-filled plastic containers. However, even after marinating, no tofu gives denser, chewy bites than Trader Joe's super-firm 1-pound blocks of tofu!
