I had to run the installer 4 times and put it next to my router to connect it to the internet. It worked great for three days and then wouldn't reconnect until I reprogrammed it. This included taking it off the door mount a few times. I asked Cloudedge for help and all I got was an email saying we received your request and will (never) contact you and no information on how to contact the company. Review score: I was about to return this item but it magically started. has worked non-stop for the past four days. When it works it's great, the motion detection is accurate, fingers crossed. I will keep it updated
