The second one I bought doesn't stay connected to the WiFi

I'm totally disappointed m. I installed the first video doorbell on the side kitchen door. Works perfectly! So I bought the same video call for the front door. Setup went smoothly. I was happy. But every morning I wake up and find that it won't connect to wifi. says weak signal. funny because every time I reinstall it shows strong signal. It's 12 feet from my wifi. All my other WiFi devices are working fine. Only this device turns itself off every night.

I had to run the installer 4 times and put it next to my router to connect it to the internet. It worked great for three days and then wouldn't reconnect until I reprogrammed it. This included taking it off the door mount a few times. I asked Cloudedge for help and all I got was an email saying we received your request and will (never) contact you and no information on how to contact the company. I almost want to laugh at how bad this product is.

my needs were modest. If someone came to my door, the sensor would be activated. For example, if UPS or FedEx etc. leaves a package on my doorstep, I will be notified. The same would be the case if the porch pirate tried to steal the package. I receive a lot of packages and basically all couriers work the same. Everyone swore not to ring the doorbell. Terrible motion detection, no integration with smart assistant, slow device connection

I bought one of these guys from Revain Prime Day Deals and the hardware itself is beautiful. My house is dark gray outside so this fits perfectly, this is a GINARMOUS device. If you've seen other vendors using wired doorbells these are at least 2 or 3 times the size which makes sense as they contain a battery but I was a bit shocked at the size. The instructions in the brochure "add" the camera to the app but the app itself says "connection failed" but I could see the doorbell stopped flashing…
