Review on 🔲 Schneider Electric QOT2020CP Single Pole Square Switch by David Pullen

This particular assembly contains two (2) separate 20Amp circuit breakers in a single housing that is the same width as a standard Square D QO circuit breaker. Although the rear of the assembly is not shown, there is a hinged metal hook at the bottom of the assembly which must be snapped into place before the top of the switch (which has a metal collared plug) can be inserted into the panel before it is connected. snaps firmly into place. This switch will not fit older Square D QO panels that use screw switches. I installed two of these tandem switches in my garage in a compact Square D-Sub panel that had two switch bays and was rated for 60 amps. The subpanel is a Square D QO2LL60NBNM QO"60A, 2-place, 4-loop outer load center of the main lugs with a non-metallic body and neutral (current Revain price $27.27). So now I have an outer subpanel with ( 4) 20 amp 120v circuits with material cost just over $65.00 VERY good value!This setup would also work great for a detached shed, guest apartment, studio, shop, etc. Don't forget a Subpanel to attach main switchboard.
