Great strap, great price. No problem getting my iPhone 5 in and out with a case (the case has rubber cuffs on the back and sides). The key pocket feels comfortable. After working with the strap for weeks I found that I personally don't like straps on my arm BUT that's where this strap is great - it has 2 thread slots and slot A is just perfect for me to put it around my arm to wrap wrist . , face in, and my phone is like a running clock. I keep it in the photo with my fingers, but it's not necessary, I just prefer it that way. It's great that the Forerunner band is so versatile! It arrived well packaged and with contact details on a business card in case there were any problems, but you won't have them :-)
