The ability of being able to manage our digital signs remotely has been very helpful! We have several locations but only one team in charge of managing all those displays at once.
This allows us to maintain an excellent level of service without having too many people working each day. There are times when we need help with some technical issues or other such matters related to this product so I would say it's ok if you don't know how these things work completely since there isn't much support out here as far as troubleshooting goes. It can be difficult sometimes finding someone who knows exactly what they're doing in regard to installation etc., so make sure your partner/s knows their stuff! Being able to keep track of changes made across various screens quickly and easily and then knowing which ones were installed where helps save time & money.
