It's so comfortable I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. I wear it when I go out, work out or just hang around the house. For me it's a cross between a traditional sports bra and a tank top. I like that it's longer than a regular sports bra because it offers more support and doesn't roll or ride up. The fabric is silky and wicks moisture when I work out. It works great when I'm walking, cycling, or hiking fast. The cups have removable padding, which is very practical. I like to take them off during workouts and then put them back on when I'm wearing them under my shirt. The neckline is not too low so you can see cleavage and gives you great support. I would recommend downsizing. I did and am very happy with the fit. I definitely recommend it.
