Dog trainer- do not recommend

I’m a professional dog trainer, if you have a puppy of under 5 pounds then you may find this helpful & useful. If you have a bigger puppy, or any adult dog that you’re looking to keep contained, look elsewhere. The size is okay for keeping a dog contained for a short period of time, that was not my issue. Its a pretty spacious playpen. It’s the sturdiness of the pen that is an enormous concern for me. When I bought this I was under the impression it would be an acrylic play pen. I was very wrong. It is a plastic, and not a hard plastic but a plastic that is flimsy. Like when you blow on it, it ripples. Similar to poster paper. I can see a determined puppy getting their nails through that in seconds. The wire that holds the plastic is not impressive. I’ve managed to bend it just by trying to connect the grids together. The little black circular pieces are also a choking hazard in my opinion. After 2 weeks of putting the pen up & taking it down once a day, the teeth inside the black pieces (that help the grids stay attached) have already started to wear down. They have also randomly popped off if my dog ever bumped into the pen and the black pieces would end up on my floor. Don’t buy this, it is not worth the money.
