Review on 🌈 Camco 22703 Flexible Hose Protector: Prevents Crimping and Strain, Enhances Faucet and Water Connection Durability by Isaac Samal

I grow fruit trees and a vegetable garden in hot Arizona, so I have to water the plants long and slowly to get the water deep into the soil where it is does not evaporate easily and where it can help flush out the mineral salts that have built up in the root zones of my plants. Since I can't spend all day observing the watering process, I had to use multiple hoses connected to multiple hose bibs, which I then had to use for long periods of time when I couldn't be present. This is accomplished with plastic timing valves that I installed between the metal hose bibs and the hoses. If the hoses aren't carefully moved, the plastic timer valves can break where they attach to the solid metal hose lugs near the house. Replacing defective timing valves can be costly and inconvenient. I have found that this unnecessary damage can be avoided almost entirely by installing short and flexible lengths of spring-loaded hose between the metal hose chest plates and the plastic time valves, allowing the spring-loaded lengths of hose to absorb the damaging impact of hose being pulled at a dangerous angle. These little hoses are easy to assemble and worth their weight in gold! They work great!
