A simple and effective tool. It flips open and snaps easily around the keys, and when removed, the keys easily separate from the device. Unlike the molded plastic key pullers that are sometimes plugged into mechanical keyboards for free, this device is soft enough not to scratch the keycaps. So the design is good. But materials, ma'am. He looks rather fragile. It honestly seems so cheap that I wouldn't be surprised to find that _this_ device is being tossed as a giveaway with a mechanical keyboard rather than a little piece of plastic. In general I am satisfied, but I would like more.
