I have ordered 3 20x59 rugs to replace previous rugs that have been used for years. The style, the look and the quality met my expectations. The colors were right. Brown, tawny, olive green and muted aqua. The binding around the carpet is substantial. The rubber base is also durable. However, after we unrolled and laid out all 3 rugs, they didn't all lay flat on one of the 20 inch wide ends. Since 3 people did the same thing, I attributed it to the way they were packaged (with cellophane and labels), I "bite the bullet" to give them time to calm down. It took a few (3-4) days for the non-flat ends to fully heal and now they are all flat. I'm glad I took the time to wait for him. Appearance is what I wanted. The price was good. Good quality. They do the job they were bought for and I expect they will last quite a while. Time.
