Review on 🔥 EVGA X299 FTW K Intel Motherboard: Ultimate Performance, LGA 2066, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.1 & 3.0, EATX 142-SX-E297-KR by Curtis Domus

This board worked great, very fast and very economical. But he has a problem I couldn't handle. The board has 6 slots (4 PCI-E x16 2x16, 2x8*, 1 PCI-E x4, 1 PCI-E x1). The slots are numbered from top to bottom. The graphics card is installed in slot 2 (double slot). If you have slots 2, 3 and 5 installed it works great. If you install a card in slot 1 or 2, the motherboard just turns on the power, turns on the fans, and then turns off. Contacted EVGA and after many problems photographing the CPU socket they replaced the motherboard 3 times and where all the problems were of a similar nature they all acted differently. For the first fee they charge me a $349 deposit which they refund when the motherboard arrives. However, they bring the ship back from China in a slow boat. I sent them the board on June 3rd and it was supposed to arrive on the 22nd and then they say it takes 3 to 5 days for a refund. They didn't tell me they would ship it back the same way or that it would take that long so now they're making money off me before they ship it back. As a brief overview. This would be a great board if all slots worked as advertised. As it is, I will probably never buy an EVGA product again. Never not! Support is also a real issue.** Next steps. After the first board arrived (5 days ago) I contacted them for a refund of the deposit required. It was only registered today and it may take up to 10 days for a refund to be processed. POOH. What scammers. Customer Beware of EVGA products! You will either get good or very bad! The support is pretty bad, EVGA's customer service is non-existent. If you call them you must leave a message and they will (hopefully) call you back the next day. **
