Approx $10 for a filter, I expected them to last a month or two. Not this case. I installed it and it worked great. My humidifier threw up about 4 gallons of water per day. However, after 3 days he asked me to change the filter. I left the filter on to see what it would do and over the next 4 days it gradually dropped to the point where only about 1 gallon of water was getting into the air. If they were a dollar or two each it wouldn't be so bad, but I don't spend $100 a month on humidifier filters.
