This shower head reminds me of an episode of Seinfeld when Kramer was looking for the perfect shower head. Too bad Kramer didn't find that! Like Kramer, I'm always on the hunt for the perfect shower head, and here it is. I've just moved to a new location and wanted to replace my existing shower head with a good hand held shower head. I researched for a week and decided to try this one. Before installing I removed the water flow restrictor which is very easy to do with the tool provided. Installation took about 5 minutes and I wasn't in a hurry. It was very easy to install and all you need is a pair of pliers. Everything worked on the first try. No leaks. One of the main reasons I bought this shower head was the solid brass bracket. If you've used a hand shower before, you know how important this bracket is. That keeps the head in place. Although the head itself is plastic, the quality looks great. The stainless steel hose is nice, long and very well made. And now the moment of truth has come. I "lit" it, waited for the water to get hot, and went inside. Oh God! This thing literally blew me away. To the point where I had to turn the water down a bit, maybe even put the restrictor back in, but not now. I love heavy showers and this baby delivers! Now for the settings "6". It's actually 4 with some things in between, but I don't hold a grudge against it. My two favorites are what they call Rainfull and Power Massage. If you are unsure which one to try, I would recommend this one. You can spend less (or a lot more!), but this price is pretty decent and the shower head is a joy to use.
