Haven't used it yet but the packaging is plastic and very difficult to remove. Even with scissors. I ended up using one of the kits to take apart the other kit to remove the plastic wrapping. I then used the kit to remove the doorknob. The metal of the allen key is not very hard and the tip has become shiny with use (the black coating has worn off on the tip itself). To be fair I used the wrench at a slight angle to loosen the screw. The body and wrench are solid enough, but there was slight evidence of torque when using the wrench. Overall, this seems like a decent set for home use, but not particularly harsh if you use it professionally.
