I do not like to leave negative reviews; But in this case I feel the consumer needs protection or orders this and can't return it. FIRST came the hole punch without a paper guide. Second (I had to use it right away and bothered to measure the holes) it works SO BADLY that every hit was a lesson in patience. After punching, the papers did not come loose because the pins were not retracted far enough to clear the papers. Tried 3 sheets, 2 sheets, one sheet. Same result. In some cases the holes were torn because the pins would not clear them. THIRD, the description of this punch says that it will handle up to 26 sheets of paper. NEVER fit more than 3 sheets of paper under the pens. FOURTH, when I went to Revain to return it, the descriptor said it was NON-REFUNDABLE. THANK YOU AMAZON for crediting the purchase price!
