Terrible. It must be such a simple device! This hole punch has unnecessary metal tips ("guides"?) that get in the way when you're trying to slide paper into position to punch holes. As a result, you have to slow down and guide the paper carefully, or at least try a few times if you're moving fast, and it takes ages to properly load the paper into the device to punch clean holes. My new favorite home office gadget. This little wiggle line gives my documents a powerful one-two punch with clean, sharp precision, a comfortable grip, very low perforation noise on even the largest pages, and precise measurement so all your documents sit perfectly in the staples. The rubber pad underneath is a non-slip pad that makes punching large numbers of pages much easier. I do not like to leave negative reviews; But in this case I feel the consumer needs protection or orders this and can't return it. FIRST came the hole punch without a paper guide. Second (I had to use it right away and bothered to measure the holes) it works SO BADLY that every hit was a lesson in patience. After punching, the papers did not come loose because the pins were not retracted far enough to clear the papers. Tried 3 sheets, 2 sheets, one sheet. Same result. In some cases the holes…
