What a wonderful machine. I am very grateful to the support team at Zebra in Illinois. I'm having trouble installing the software from the included CD. I called support and luckily got through with Victor A. He quickly installed the software, walked me through the setup options, and made sure I knew how to use the printer before saying goodbye. Really fantastic service. FYI - for those of you wondering if you need a thermal tape, you don't have one. I wasn't sure and when the printer arrived without the ribbon I figured it wouldn't work until I got it. While on the phone with me, Victor told me about printing test labels and since I was using thermal stickers I found that no ribbon was needed.
