Poor setup and fuzzy website

Just turned on the machine and installed the drivers . Very poor instructions and outdated software CD. We can say that this is a Chinese product. Bought as recommended by the FBA and I can only assume they are getting a pull out due to a poorly designed user interface. Even the website is poorly made with no clear indication of what is needed.

Excellent seller! Great thermal printer, NOT compatible with MAC only :-(

Although this is a highly rated printer and I have used Zebra in the postal service I have not been able to set it up on my MAC computer, unfortunately with the help of several professional services, Mac and Windows platform gurus have also been on advised and guided every possible way to set up this wonderful thermal printer, but it was useless, even using a third party printing service and embedding pdf or screenshots, whatever, we tried but MAC is not compatible, I even use CUP, sad it's…

What a great little device

What a great little device. I am very grateful to the support team at Zebra in Illinois. I'm having trouble installing the software from the included CD. I called support and thankfully reached Victor A. He quickly installed the software, walked me through the setup options and made sure I knew how to use the printer before saying goodbye. Really fantastic service. FYI - for those of you wondering if you need a thermal tape, you don't have one. I wasn't sure and when the printer arrived without

Great 300dpi thermal label printer

I've had this printer for a few weeks now and darn it makes it easy to print on packages. I use this for my business and it seems reliable. The labels print a little lighter than I'd like, but I haven't adjusted this setting yet (and I see I can change it in the software that came with the printer). Working from a Macbook Pro laptop, Windows drivers are much better and the overall Windows printing experience is better. I wish Zebra would fix this problem, but it's not slowing me down at all. I…

Ideal for Fulfillment by Revain (FBA) sellers to create FNSKU barcode labels

I purchased this printer to create FNSKU barcode labels for items I send to Revain distribution centers for Fulfillment By Revain (FBA). This is a great printer that I have been using to print thermal labels for about a month. However, I had to spend several hours figuring out the ideal print job settings to get the FNSKU label barcode/text printed in the right place (ie centered) on the label.
