Review on COOLSOME by Jermaine Batista

As a person who takes an interest in fashion, I was delighted to test out COOLSOME, an online store that promised to sell stylish clothing, shoes, and accessories at prices that were cheap. My interaction with the store, on the other hand, was not really satisfying in any way. In the first place, I was dissatisfied with the poor quality of the things that were sent to me. I bought a dress and a pair of shoes that both appeared to be of high quality on the website but did not live up to my expectations when I tried them on. The dress had uneven sewing and loose threads, and the shoes were uncomfortable and of poor quality overall construction. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the quality of both of the products, which is especially surprising considering how much they were. To make matters even more frustrating, I had a hard time getting in touch with customer support so that they could address my concerns. It took them several days to respond to my email, and the phone number that was posted on the website was no longer in service. After what seemed like an eternity, I eventually got a response from them, but it was unhelpful and condescending. My experience with COOLSOME was, to put it mildly, less than satisfying in its entirety. Because of the low quality of the products and the unsatisfactory level of customer care, it is difficult to suggest this store to anyone who is interested in purchasing fashion items that are of a high standard and can be relied upon.
