Great idea, isn't it?!? Well yes, but after washing mine in the dishwasher, as they say you can, mine isn't sealed anymore! I wanted to make sure they were sterilized due to COVID and germs in general so I figured a dishwasher would be perfect! Firstly, the only way to wash them is to put them on pins and some of them are too short causing the bag to sag and catch the water and everything inside. So I put them on the bottom tray because these pens are longer so the packets hold up much better! They came out perfectly clean and spotless. no There were also a few pieces of rice in a couple of bags. Actually, it's nothing to worry about. But can't close/seal packages now. This is a problem and a waste of money! In a nutshell. HAND WASH ONLY and it could be 5 stars!
