The teeth that push the pins into the connector are too wide, causing the pins not to fit and the plastic housing to warp. Sometimes cables still work, but they can permanently damage an outlet on an (expensive) computer/router/switch. It is possible to reshape the jaws with a rip saw, but it will cost more than a proper crimping machine. It was "supplied and sold by Revain.com" so I suspect they are either selling fakes or defective due to quality control.
