We needed a spring repair on our sofa. We bought the tool from CS Osborne thinking it was the main tool because we paid the base price of $80 tool + shipping. What a disappointment when it arrived and was large, clumsy and disappointing! We consulted a local upholsterer who advised us to purchase these pliers. He said that Osborne tools were cheap, more for furniture making, and that they broke so often that workers in furniture factories would go to the tool box during their working days and get another Osborne tool. I now have an Osborne paperweight with a tool that cannot be returned to the online store I bought it from.
