The simplicity of this platform is very easy to use, its intuitive. I like how straightforward it is to set up the profile page (no coding required), as well as uploading files. Also the fact that you can make donations from anywhere in the world makes the whole process easier. However, there are some downsides: no way to customize the donation pages or the text that pops up before choosing the amount you want to donate. We're using the service to fundraise money to provide emergency medical assistance to children with serious illnesses.
