Fully functional but has a dumb handle that needs to be cut off to fit in the drawer/drawer because it is too long. Let go of the handle and that's the perfect 5. Or if you hang your outlets, you can drill a hole in the handle and hang it. But I keep everything in drawers so I was a bit disappointed I couldn't just do it.
