Was surprised it doesn't come with the unit.
I upgraded a fifteen year old air conditioner with a new heat pump. I assumed an old duct assembly would do. (Both units have the same roof cut-out.) Apparently this is not the case. And as the title suggests, both I and my assistant were surprised this wasn't included. the wires hardly stretched.
