The main reason I bought this is probably the same as everyone else for buying it - so there's no confusion. It handles clutter well, except for the drain hole. The drain hole will flow as long as it is plugged. So if you have a fat Boston ass that rests for fifteen to twenty minutes while you heat up the smoker and liquid comes out of it, it will find its way to your counter. It's a good idea and all, and I can appreciate the drain while I wash it in the sink. but not if I put meat in it. The included knife is nothing special, but I appreciate the addition. I used it to trim off fat and excess bits that would otherwise burn on the grill. I have no regrets about this purchase, but if I could go back and buy a more expensive board/tub from another seller that doesn't have a drain plug, I would.
