Review on DANIEL SMITH Watercolor Jadeite Genuine by Tara Ford

As an experienced watercolor artist with an extensive collection of paints from the most expensive brands, I have to say that next to Schmincke these are by far the best watercolors I have ever owned. Second hand. I prefer to fill empty molds with it and let it dry before use. This is a very personal preference as many artists prefer to use them fresh from the tube, but they dry well in the molds and rewet beautifully. The colors are bright, juicy, bright. Just great. A whole section about Winsor & Newton, Rowney, Rembrandt or other well-known quality artist brands. Schmincke colors used to be my holy grail, but Daniel Smith is just as impressive, if not more so.
