Get what you pay for.

Works well but took some work. First it arrived with only 3 nuts in the mounting hardware and also 4 bolts and washers. There are complaints of the weld cracking at the base and the weld on mine looked a little substandard so I sandblasted it and put another bead around it. For my g260 rear derailleur, the plastic bushing had to be drilled out a little more. To keep the thread as short as possible, you need to adjust it all the way so that only a safe amount of thread is left. But it looks and feels good, works for now.
