convex not for me

I don't have much experience with flat pedals but I couldn't jump and fall with confidence after the first day of losing my legs to these pedals. I've used every method that has worked for me with other flat pedals and wore about 5-10 sticky soles, but bought a couple of concave pedals after that experience. On the plus side, they are beautiful and very thin. . I've lost a few studs that are expensive to replace. They are not regulated. You have to screw them all the way in. I used to have adjustable length spikes. Even after shooting them all, I lost some of them. Overall I am very disappointed.
