These work great but be aware the bulbs may not come out of the box in "pairing" mode as stated on the box. Neither of the two bulbs originally packaged matched my remote and I considered returning them until I found another reviewer with the same issue. When the light is in pairing mode, it will flash slowly to indicate it's ready to be paired with the remote control. If the bulb does not blink slowly THE FIRST TIME you screw it into the socket, you will need to "reset" it by cycling the power in the socket (with the bulb screwed into the socket) on and off five times in a row. Then leave the outlet on (there was a pull on my outlet to turn the outlet on/off). At this point the lightbulb should blink and you plug it in by simply pressing the "I" button on the remote control. After that it worked as expected. Either I'm very unlucky to get two bulbs with this problem, or maybe all bulbs are shipped this way. Either way, the package instructions should include this handy little installation tip.
