Excellent way to add a finishing touch to a new brake or derailleur housing where a 5mm/4mm adapter is required is. POPs are great for vintage bikes that sometimes need a body adapter. This is a much better option than cutting the cable jacket. Cleaner and stronger, POP prevents the end of the cable housing from breaking and also prevents the cable housing from tipping over.
