Easy-to use interface; it's not too complicated for people who are relatively new at this type of thing - very beginner friendly! Can be used as an internal or external platform (we have both).

It has helped my agency grow in popularity significantly since I started using their services three years ago when they were just starting out themselves back then. They've continued taking steps towards making sure we're always up front about our clients' needs so there aren't any surprises along those lines anymore either!! You can also get some pretty good deals if/when buying bulk packages through them because most agencies tend want more than what must r offers by itself anyway :).
