Not real stainless steel
The forks were exactly what I was looking for with one BIG exception. The forks are not real stainless steel. He brought them a magnet and they immediately jumped. This means that the forks are made of carbon steel and are electroplated. I'll be back; I don't want to risk eating forks made of anything other than stainless steel.
