I bought this for my iPad 4 and it's great. He immediately became fashionable. I bought the dark blue color and I really liked it. Since I just received it today, I can't comment on its durability or strength. It seems to hold up, but time will tell. The slim design offered exactly what I needed. I am very happy with this purchase. Also, I can easily rotate the top cover toward me. Some people have noticed that when they turn the lid back on, the iPad turns off. That doesn't happen with mine. In fact, I always leave the lid open when using the iPad. Even when I'm not using it, I flipped the lid back and that's no problem. The first picture shows the front of the holder. The second photo shows the back, as you can see it is slightly matt, looks very nice. The 3rd and 4th images show precise cutouts that allow access to all functions. (Update: I have removed and updated the first set of images to show cracks in all 4 corners) EDIT: I purchased this in November 2019 and it is now April 2020 and I have a few cracks in the case and a chipped corner noticed. . I have no idea how it happened. Therefore, in my original review I stated that I cannot comment on the durability or strength of this product as I had just purchased it. Now I can update and say it didn't last as I would have liked. EDIT: It's August 2020 and there are cracks in all 4 corners. Within 8 months it was cracking from all corners and that was because I was being gentle with it. I've never dropped it or hit anything. So it didn't hold up well. You need to buy a new case.
