Review on Hamilton Beach 15430 UltraSteam Full Size by Adam Whittaker

My husband and I bought this iron and it worked great for about a month. The retractable cord device stopped working and would not allow the cord to be pulled out to connect the item. We tried twisting the unit from the bottom to pull out the cord, but this caused the iron to stop working. We were very disappointed. The craftsmanship was flimsy and cheap. When we called Hamilton Beach to complain and try to return the item, they wouldn't take the item back. However, after working our way to the top of the customer service chain, we were finally able to return an item for the purchase price. I spent significantly less on other hardware from another manufacturer and was completely satisfied.
