All accessories not included

I received these without the extra ear tips so I can't put them in my ear due to the huge ear tips they come in the box. And I bought them because they said they come with a USB-C to USB-C cable because I usually charge them with my Samsung phone but have a regular USB to USB cable , so now I have to buy another cable and headphone tips.
