Received a grinder only to find the main parts are missing from the box. If you're missing an adapter to connect the hose to the machine itself, the part becomes useless. I understand parts are missing, but if all adapters are missing then there is a quality control issue somewhere. Protective equipment, goggles, mask and earplugs were also missing. There was a note saying due to Covid they only put a thin paper mask in the box. Since when do earplugs and glasses have anything to do with Covid? The return of the mine
