I didn't return it because it didn't work. let me explain. I have a mastiff. I measured it and judging by the measurement and the product it should have been a snug fit. however, it was too cozy. I've searched the whole internet to see how this could be. Basically you need about 2 inches more than the size you buy. For example, if her neck is 23 inches, she needs a 25 inch collar. I thought ok I'll buy an individual prong or two then but this company didn't sell them so I sent everything back. So I think somewhere in the description could say how the dog fits and also the option to buy additional links would be great. Otherwise it looks solid and I would like to keep it.
