Other reviewers noted that the injector did not work after the first use. However, I couldn't get the injector to work on the first try. The trigger could be squeezed as hard as it could, but the air in the reservoir was never expelled. After looking at the drawings, I realized that the plastic plug at the outlet of the tank did not open. After contacting the manufacturer, a support representative recommended sending in the injector. Otherwise the injector feels like a high quality product. The plastic body is very thick and the reservoir tube is very flexible. I was looking forward to using the smoked brisket injector, but I have to settle for another product.
