Good inexpensive component acoustics

In general I am satisfied with the purchase for such a price. I installed them on my UTV so it's nice to have a little weatherproofing. In general, the sound is decent. The wiring and built-in crossover for the tweeter limit the speaker's capabilities. Overall quality and packaging is good. What to look out for: The speaker cable is terrible. If it didn't have a built in crossover for the tweeter I would change all the wiring to 14 AWG. There's no way this thing could support 200 watts through that tiny cable. Looks smaller than 18awg. Really tiny. It might be worth buying aftermarket tweeter crossovers to change the main speaker wire to 14 AWG. The sound quality is bad despite sufficient amplifier. The speaker and magnet appear to be well assembled, so I'm sure this noise is from the boundary wire. I have a total of 4 6.5" speakers including these 2 and the rest of the 6.5" speakers are standard so I connected them directly to the amp with 14 AWG. My other 6.5" Pyle speakers with the same 200W output outperform them. I can't even hear them at maximum volume. I know they support the overall sound and for what they do they work well. If I ever want to, I'm sure I can improve performance with what I mentioned above. Can't say much about the waterproofing of the speakers as I try very hard to keep them dry. When washing UTVs, as a precaution, I never spray water on them. I'm sure they will last with some TLC.
