A good learning tool for sleeping on your back

I have a smaller size perfect for average women/men. Well done. I needed help to learn to sleep on my back to counteract aging. I have no health problems. I also have a more expensive pillow made by Dr. Dray is recommended. I might say save your money and get this one, but I'm not sure how both expensive and less expensive pillows will hold up. I'm deducting 1 point because I didn't take care of the pillowcase and unfortunately they don't sell silk. I know silk is expensive. It doesn't have to be 100% silk, but what they sell, the so-called "silky", is 100% polyester :(
